How Jesse Creates His Clients’ Workouts

There’s a lot that goes into creating a good workout for a client. Here are the steps I like to take to give the best experience possible.

Using a 3 tiered system I use the most up-to-date science to get you to achieve your unique goals.

1) Getting Started

We DIG DEEP using the Socratic Method and the best communication science to get insight into what you’re looking to achieve.

We call this our initial assessment and intake.

The initial assessment has two tiers.

A) Physical

B) Holistic

Our physical assessment will take into account all exercise, nutrition, injury, and biomechanical information.

Our holistic assessment takes into account all sociological, biological, and psychological variables.

Big picture: we’re trying to get an accurate picture of where you are and what you want, so we can get you going to where you want to be.

2) Strategizing for Success

Together we take that information and strategize and create a game plan for success.

This is a 3 tiered system.

A) We use my scientific, life, and fitness expertise to get my perspective on the problem.

B) We get your input, preferences, and feedback to ensure the game plan suits YOUR unique needs so adherence stays high and the process is enjoyable as it can be.

C) We come up with 1-3 unique SMART goals where we break down the problem into smaller pieces that can be executed using small steps forward.

3) Execution

We used step 1 to illuminate what you want out of the process.

We used step 2 to create and strategize a game plan that works for you.

Now, all that needs to happen is to put one foot in front of the other and put forth the necessary effort using trial and error processing.

I firmly believe that anything that can be manifested in the physical world can be achieved. All you need is a vision and the effort to get there. It’s up to all of us to live a life that is satisfying and meaningful.
