What is college good for then? Developing the ability to use your intellect in abstract ways to solve problems. Kinesiology prepares you perfectly for this! We need to know a little bit of everything! These jobs are the jobs of the future!

What you should aim for to live comfortably

  • Median house prices in Monterey County: $782,800 or around $4000/ month payment after $160k down payment

  • That’s a salary of around $140,000 a year before tax, that’s about $7000 a month after taxes. You now have $3000 left over for cost of living.

  • A studio is going to rent for around $1500
